Ordering Information and Pickup Policy
Payment Plan
Our payment plan is simple, you pay a small deposit when you place your order, then pay the balance when you pick-up your trailer.
For deposit payment, we accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, certified check and money orders.
For final payment at pickup we accept cash, certified check and money orders, we DO NOT accept any type credit card payment unless you agree to a 3.5% fee on the final payment price.
Pickup / Delivery Policy
LA Cargo Trailers manufacturing plant is located in Douglas, Georgia. Trailer pick-up is at our plant location, between the hours; 8:30 – 3:00 pm M – F.
Please allow a minimum of 2 – 6 weeks from receipt of your deposit for pick up. Trailers are manufactured in the order in which customer payments are received. Manufacture times generally run between 2 and 4 weeks, but the lead time can vary depending on our work load/back log at the time that your order is placed and the type options on your trailer.
We do offer trailer delivery when pick-up in not possible, currently the rate is $ 1.60 per loaded mile to your location, for final payment on delivered trailers, the balance owed plus all freight charges are to be paid in advance of delivery.
Refund Policy
Once your order is placed and processed, your deposit amount is considered to be non-refundable.
